At EAA AirVenture, Oshkosh, on 1 August 2003, Mooney announced an agreement with Construcciones Aeronauticas de Galicia (CAG) of Spain to manufacture, assemble and market the CAG Toxo II all-composites light sport aircraft as the Mooney Toxo. The Mooney-assembled Toxo will differ from its Spanish counterpart in having a fuselage 150 mm (6 in) wider and 100 mm (4 in) deeper; it will be offered with a choice of Rotax 912 or 914 engines; projected cost is US$100,000 (2003). Mooney is also collaborating with CAG in developing the four-seat Toxo IV, first deliveries of which are expected at the end of 2004, and CAG will manufacture the fuselage of a proposed MooneyJet personal jet, of which no further details had been revealed by mid-November 2003.
