PROGRAMME: Work began late 1999 and project details revealed early 2001. Development is continuing slowly while Mullocoupe is completed; construction of prototype began mid-2003.

DESIGN FEATURES: Based on the Kimball (Pitts) Model 12, using tail, landing gear, firewall forward and canopy. Rate of roll in excess of 360°/s.
FLYING CONTROLS: As Kimball (Pitts) Model 12. Horn-balanced rudder.
STRUCTURE: Generally as Kimball (Pitts) Model 12 with new wooden aerobatic wing; composites sports wing will be available later, if market demands.
LANDING GEAR: As Kimball (Pitts) Model 12.
POWER PLANT: Choice of 265 kW (355 hp) VOKBM M-14P or 294 kW (394 hp) M-14PF nine-cylinder radial engine driving a three-blade MT propeller; option to use Textron Lycoming power plant will be added later. Standard fuel capacity as Kimball (Pitts) Model 12; optional capacity 280 litres (74.0 US gallons; 61.7 Imp gallons).
