DESIGN FEATURES: High-wing braced monoplane, similar to Avid Flyer, but in certified category, using a Textron Lycoming engine. Recent upgrades include larger rudder and new external baggage door. Quoted build time 750 hours.

FLYING CONTROLS: Similar to Avid Flyer.

STRUCTURE: Similar to Avid Flyer, with Poly Fiber covering.

LANDING GEAR: Available as tricycle or tailwheel, with Cleveland wheels and brakes; wheel fairings. Spring aluminium landing gear standard. Optional floats.

POWER PLANT: One Textron Lycoming engine in 80.5 to 134 kW (108 to 180 hp) range, including O-235, O-320 and O-360. Tricycle version also accepts 119 kW (160 hp) Subaru EJ22 engine. Fuel capacity 110 litres (29.0 US gallons; 24.1 Imp gallons) of which 106 litres (28.0 US gallons; 23.3 Imp gallons) are usable. Optional 45 litre (12.0 US gallon; 10.0 Imp gallon) wingtip tanks available.

ACCOMMODATION: Two seats side by side, with dual controls, plus optional jump seat for small adult or two children in 0.81 m³ (28.5 cu ft) baggage area.
