New Technik Inc. formed 1990 at Morgantown, W. Virginia, by Aircraft Acquisition which had bought Taylorcraft; with WV University producing L-2M Tech 2 2-seat sport/trainer, Model 20 Tech 4 4-seater and Twin Tech 2-seat light twin.
