Inc. established 1922 Dayton, Ohio, among other things rebuilding DH-4 variants; 1923 began production of Hartzell (later of propellers) FC-1 and -2 biplanes; 1926 built Twin 60 utility biplane (2 x 32-hp Bristol Cherub), followed by 3-seat Canary and many other prototypes or small batches.
