TYPE: Side-by-side-seat ultralight/kitbuilt.

PROGRAMME: Announced in 2003 with an intended first flight date during mid-year, followed by first deliveries before year end. By May 2003, three prototypes were under construction.

COSTS: Kit US$14,500, excluding engine (2003). Flyaway US$27,000 to US$30,000 with Rotax 582; US$34,000 to US$37,000 with Rotax 912 (2003).

DESIGN FEATURES: Intended to conform to JAR-VLA regulations. Constant-chord, V-strut braced parasol wing is forward-swept at approximately 6o, and can be folded for storage and transportation.

FLYING CONTROLS: Conventional and manual. Electrically operated trim tab and flaps; ground-adjustable rudder tab.

STRUCTURE: Fuselage, control surfaces and tail unit are predominantly of fabric-covered aluminium alloy. Two-spar wing has glass fibre skin.

LANDING GEAR: Tailwheel type; fixed. Hydraulic disc brakes.

POWER PLANT: One 73.5 kW (98.6 hp) Rotax 912 ULS2 flat-four driving a ground-adjustable propeller. Alternatively, a 37.0 kW (49.6 hp) Rotax 503 UL or 47.8 kW (64.1 hp) Rotax 582 UL can be fitted.

SYSTEMS: 18 Ah Teledyne G-25 battery.
