The Lukhovitsy Machine-Building Plant (LMZ) was major manufacturer in MiG-29 programme. In the early 1990s, the plant has started development of SL-90, Il-103, I-1L light aircraft and serial production of the Il-103 light multipurpose four-seat aircraft.
