Aero Engine Services Ltd (AESL) and Air Parts amalgamated in 1973 to form New Zealand Aerospace Industries. Produced CT/4 Airtrainer, Airtourer and Fletcher FU-24. Reconstituted 1 July 1982 as Pacific Aerospace Corporation (PAC).
