Furniture-maker Henk Pander took over defunct factory August 1924. Formed Nederlandse Fabriek van Vliegtuigen H. Pander & Zonen (H. Pander and Son) and developed Holland H.2 light monoplane into Pander D (16 November 1924). Pander E 2-seat sesquiplane (18 February 1926) built in numbers, but only handful of later types including 1 Postjäger (6 October 1933) long-range racer/mailplane (3 x 420-hp) which crashed during MacRobertson race 1934. Company into receivership, assets to De Schelde including designer T.E. Slot.
