Original company restructured 1945, factory rebuilt and F.25 Promoter completed (November 1946) at Ypenburg factory of Frits Diepen; 20 built. S.11 Instructor also built at Ypenburg (18 December 1947) - 100, plus 150 built by Macchi and 100 plus 50 S.12 by Fokker Brazil. S.14 Mach-Trainer (19 May 1951), 21 built. F.27 Friendship (24 November 1955), 786 delivered to 168 customers by 1986. F.28 Fellowship (9 May 1967), 241 delivered to 57 customers by 1986. F.27 succeeded by Fokker 50 (28 December 1985), 150 delivered by late 1992. F.28 succeeded by Fokker 100 (30 November 1986), orders by late 1992 over 280. Operating company Fokker BV has major share in global F-16 production programme, and makes parts for other aircraft. On 1 January 1969 became equal partner with VFW of W. Germany, renamed Fokker-VFW; this link ended by mutual consent 11 February 1980. Company restructured 1 January 1987 with corporate centre (bearing original name) and 6 operating companies, aircraft being made by Fokker BV. In 1992 DASA was to take 51% controlling interest and help fund Fokker 70 (reduced-capacity 100), and this should be finalized in 1993. Finmeccanica has 6.02% shareholding.
