MANSYU

Mansyu Hikoki Seizo K.K. established June 1938 by decree of occupying Japanese to incorporate all facilities at Harbin, in puppet state Manchukuo, where Hayabusa 6-passenger transport had been developed. In 1941 worked with Tachikawa to develop Ki-71 (improved Mitsubishi Ki-51), and in 1942 Mansyu developed Ki-79 advanced trainer (1,379, several versions). Ki-116 fighter was improved Ki-84, but Ki-98 attack aircraft never completed.
