Formed at Milan 1957 as Progetti Costruzioni Aeronautiche SpA, Procaer produced single Cobra 400 4-seater (1 x Marboré turbojet), but concentrated marketing on F.15 Picchio 3-seater (180-hp Lycoming) designed by Stelio Frati (7 May 1959). Developed to F.15E and F.15F (prototype built by General Avia 1977) but attempts to find partner failed.
