OMA SUD SKY TECHNOLOGIES SPA

Company established in 1988 as airframe subcontractor, including work for Airbus and Boeing. Began design activities in 2003, initial product being Skycar, developed jointly with Israel Aircraft Industries. Preliminary details of the Skycar were published at the 2005 Paris Air Show and on 4 November 2005 co-development agreement signed with Rücker Aerospace GmbH of Germany.
