BredaNardi Costruzioni Aeronautiche formed Milan 15 February 1971 by Breda and Nardi in equal shares to build Hughes (later McDonnell Douglas) 300C and 500C helicopters and derivatives. Became subsidiary of Agusta 1986 and lost identity 1990, becoming Agusta Monteprandone works.
