BNG announced resumption of Trislander production in February 2003. A demonstrator was under construction in mid-2003 and scheduled to undertake a worldwide demonstration tour to solicit sufficient firm orders to enble full-scale series production to be undertaken.
At the same time, it became known that Integrity Aircraft of Australia was planning to engage the Romanian production plant to build a Trislander variant powered by a single Honeywell TPE331 turboprop in the tail position.
