Hendy Aircraft Co. formed at Shoreham by Basil Henderson 1929 to build aircraft with cantilever monoplane wings. Model 281 Hobo single-seater flown October 1929, modified several times over long period. Hendy 302 tandem-seat cabin machine also built 1929 but by Parnall. Hendy 3308 Heck high-speed machine, with full-span slats/flaps, considered a Parnall aircraft because that company bought Hendy 1935.
