SCHNEIDER

Société des Avions Schneider built series of large and powerful military aircraft made of Alferium light alloy, usually with close-pitch corrugated skin. Notable types included 'Henri Paul' BN6 (6-seat night bomber) of 1922 with 2 pairs tandem 370-hp Lorraine engines, and undesignated bomber of 1924 with central nacelle and twin fuselages each with 450-hp tractor Lorraine 12E. In 1926 firm renamed Aviméta.
