Société de Constructions Aéro Navales formed pre-1939, best-known product SCAN 20 designed by Bernard Devèze to meet 1942 specification for trainer flying-boat (Béarn, Potez or Salmson in 240/280-hp class). Prototype completed under Vichy authority but not flown until October 1945; 23 to Aéronavale 1951-2.
