Henry Potez began again 1953, with Société des Avions et Moteurs Henry Potez, with works at Argenteuil (Paris). Potez 75 tank killer (10 June 1953) was ahead of its time, and Potez 91 observation aircraft also remained prototype. In 1958 Potez bought Fouga, forming Potez Air-Fouga to build last few of Magister line. Last Potez type was 840 18/24-passenger airliner (4 x Astazou, 29 April 1961). This failed to find buyers, and company’s last factory, Air-Fouga at Toulouse, was taken over by Sud-Aviation 1967.
