BTZ (Bureau Technique Zborowski) formed after Second World War by Count von Zborowski to develop various patented ideas, notably annular-wing VTOL aircraft; this realized in SNECMA Coléoptère (6 May 1959).

Commercial company formed Paris 1896, which began constructing aeroplanes of general Voisin type 1909, designing S2 2-seater 1912.
