Ernst Heinkel Fahrtzeugbau (soon changed to original Flugzeugbau) formed Speyer-am-Rhein 1955. Collaborated with Messerschmitt (unthinkable before war!) in production of Fouga Magister. Subsequently participated in G91 and F-104G programmes and produced Potez-Heinkel CM 191 4-seat derivative of Magister, but never built He 211 twin-jet transport. Merged into VFW 1964.
