Tugan Aircraft, Sydney-Mascot, formed 1934 to take over assets of defunct (Australian) General Aircraft, financed by South Sea island traders W.R. Carpenter & Co. Proposed to build 5 types, but produced only 1, LJW.7 Gannet 6-passenger or ambulance, derived from Codock, 9 completed, 6 for RAAF, before taken over late 1936 on formation of Commonwealth Aircraft.
