Formed 22 September 1967 by merger of North American Aviation and Rockwell-Standard. Comprised Aerospace and Systems Group (military/naval aircraft and Sabreliners) and Commercial Products Group (Aero Commander Division and others). Disappeared on reorganization 1973. See Rockwell.
