Formerly AGA Aviation Corp., successor to Pitcairn-Larsen which in 1940 took over Willow Grove, PA, plant of Pitcairn. G&A acquired by Firestone 1943, did not complete 2 AGA CG-8 30-seat gliders but did build 627 Waco CG-4A. In 1945 produced XO-61, later redesignated XR-9B, 2-seat helicopter. Became Firestone 1946.
